Track Order

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to follow your order.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Still nothing after 48 hours? Email support@metavelle.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
